Parent-to-Parent
Parent volunteers contact new families before the opening of school and the Fall Arts Weekend to welcome them and answer questions. New families can call upon their parent contact to respond to concerns and questions that relate to their child’s experience at Buxton.
Prospect Gatherings
Organize and host informational meetings for prospective students and their parents. Volunteering in this way is invaluable to the recruiting efforts at Buxton.
Prospect Contact
Working closely with the Admissions Office, parents (and alumni and friends) volunteer to talk with prospective students and their families about Buxton. This provides a perspective that complements the written materials and on-campus interview.
