Faculty Member Julia Duva Honored by International Sculpture Center

Our very own Julia Duva recently received the prestigious Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award from the International Sculpture Center. Julia is a recent graduate from Bennington College, where she completed this work of art and was nominated by her professor. Her sculpture, titled (784) Blanket, 2025, will be traveling to Texas to make its debut at the 31st Annual Sculpture Conference.

Julia joined Buxton last year part-time while finishing her degree, and returns this year as a full-time faculty member and dorm parent.
